GAF Coverage

As one of the few roofing companies who can offer GAF's robust warranties, we give you the peace of mind knowing that your new roof is protected from things beyond your control. All GAF warranties have two things in common: they offer 100% material defect and workmanship coverage, and can be transferable.

The Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty

The Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty is GAF's strongest warranty. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we can offer this with GAF's approval, so you get superior protection for your roof. This warranty gives you 100% material coverage for 50 years for designer asphalt shingles and a 20-year full material coverage for standard three-tab shingles.

Unlike similar warranties, Golden Pledge covers the entire roofing system. Cost of installation labor is also included for a lifetime or 25 or 30 years for three-tab asphalt shingles. 100% Workmanship Coverage The Golden Pledge Limited Warranty also gives you workmanship coverage for a period of 25 years for designer and dimensional asphalt shingles.

For three-tab shingles, your roofing system is covered for a period of 20 years. As part of this coverage, misapplications of flashing and costs for tear-offs and disposal are included as well.

Finally, this warranty gives your new roof maximum wind coverage up to 130 mph, equivalent to Category 3 hurricanes. As with all GAF limited warranties, this is 100% transferable as well.
