What is a Master Elite Roofing Contractor?

January 21, 2022

West Side Roofing has been protecting families and businesses in Northeast Ohio for over 90 years. We are an established and experienced roofing contractor who gives 100% in every single roof we repair and replace, whether it’s a home or a business.

As such, we have been given the prestigious title of the GAF Master Elite roofing contractor. This honor is not just bragging rights for us, but it means our customers are ensured to get the best roof possible from the materials to the workmanship.

About twelve years ago, GAF came to us realizing that we really took pride in our work. They realized that we loved using their products from shingles to ice guards, so we made a partnership.

How did West Side Roofing Become a Master Elite Contractor?

In order to become a Master Elite roofer, we had to go through training. Every single person in our company has its own training, from the roofers to the sales team. We have to follow protocols for every process we do.

Then there are inspections. GAF does random inspections on any of the building we provide services to. This holds us accountable to make sure we do the best job, every time!

West Side Roofing is among the top 5% best rated Master Elite Contractors in Ohio, and only 2% of the roofing businesses in the United States are Certified Master Elite contractors.

What Does Working with a Master Elite Roofer Mean for You?

As a Master Elite contractor, we are able to provide you with the best roofing materials from GAF, the best workmanship provided by West Side Roofing, and the option to choose any of the GAF Pledge Warranties.

Our best warranty option is the Golden Pledge Warranty provided by GAF. This is a 25-year warranty that covers labor and materials on homes. For a commercial building, the Golden Pledge protection is 20 years, but that is still a very long time and a very great option.

If you need your roof repaired or replaced, make sure you have the most capable and experienced people on your side! Contact us at West Side Roofing today with any questions or to get started on your new roof.

The only hiccup was ,after I went to their office and paid in full with a cashier check.Days later I received a e mail asking for payment. I never received a apology for this!

They were prompt , very professional, cleaned up using a magnetic device so they didn’t leave a single nail behind. Even hung my plants back up for me without my asking !!!

When I bought my new home, they were able to help replace my outdated roof in a timely fashion and the finished product could not have come out better. Everyone on the team kept me well informed, was reliable, and helped me to feel confident in my decision to go through them.
