Assessing the Roof

The first step is that we go out and survey the roof and give an honest opinion as to what condition the roof is currently in. If there are still a few good years left in their roof, we will suggest the maintenance route, so that way the owners get the full life out of the roof, and they have more time to save up for when it actually needs to be replaced. 

Developing a Plan of Action

However, if we take a look at the roof and it needs to be replaced, we will tell the owners why and go from there. We then put a plan into place from one to forty units at a time, depending on how many they have. If the property has a lot of roofs, we will suggest doing ten this year and ten next year, for example. 

Once we have a plan of action, we can get to work on replacing or repairing your roofs. Being a 90-year-old company, we have the experience and the equipment necessary to handle big jobs like these.  For example, our equipter, a mobile trash unit, is very helpful for keeping the site clean and protected.
