Our typical roof warranty is 10 years, but due to being certified with both GAF and CertainTeed, we are GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractors in the state of Ohio. We have earned the companyā€™s highest award in the roofing industry nationwide and are able to offer a 25-year, full-coverage warranty.

This high-end warranty includes material and labor and is even transferable to new owners when or if you sell your home.

Because our roofers were factory trained with the best skills needed, this 25-year GAF warranty is available for our customers. Weā€™ve earned the necessary trust factors to offer the best, long-term protections for your roof.

We also work with CertainTeed, which manufactures a wide range of quality roofing materials including shingles that are manufactured to last, and also come with a 25-year, full-coverage warranty.
