Which West Side Roofing Warranty is Best for You?

September 9, 2021

At West Side Roofing, we know how important it is to have a quality roof over your head. Especially in Northeastern Ohio, where we experience the whole spectrum of intense weather. We also understand that a new roof can be a big investment. This is why we offer a variety of warranty options that protect your roof and fit into your budget.

With West Side Roofing, you always get a high-quality roof from the labor to the materials. However, we do live in one of the harshest climates where we experience lots of rain, snow, heat, and freezing throughout the year. This dramatic weather takes its toll on even the highest quality roofs. That is why it is important to protect your investment with a warranty.

The GAF Golden Pledge Warranty

Our best warranty option is the Golden Pledge Warranty. This warranty is offered by us through GAF, the leading roofing manufacturer in North America. This warranty is only given to companies that have the GAF seal of approval, the Master Elite.

Under the Golden Pledge Warranty, your roof is covered from materials to labor for 25 years.

The GAF Silver Pledge Warranty

The next best warranty option that we offer is also through GAF, the Silver Pledge Warranty. This warranty is a 10-year protection on materials and labor.

The Standard Warranty from West Side Roofing

The other warranty that we offer is provided by our company is a standard 10-year warranty. This warranty covers labor only, for 10 years. So, though this warranty doesn’t cover as much as the others, it is still a good thing to have.

Each of these warranties do have a fee associated with them, but they could protect you from thousands of dollars in repairs!

If you want to learn more about our warranties and see which option is best for you, contact us at West Side Roofing today.

The only hiccup was ,after I went to their office and paid in full with a cashier check.Days later I received a e mail asking for payment. I never received a apology for this!

They were prompt , very professional, cleaned up using a magnetic device so they didn’t leave a single nail behind. Even hung my plants back up for me without my asking !!!

When I bought my new home, they were able to help replace my outdated roof in a timely fashion and the finished product could not have come out better.
