When Hiring a Roofer, Transparency is Everything

July 18, 2024

If your roof is showing signs of damage or aging, your first step should be to call an expert such as those at West Side Roofing. We offer free estimates to determine how much a roof repair or replacement will cost.

To ensure that our customers feel comfortable with any estimate we put together, we include everything in a full written proposal.

Written proposals are an important part of the process because we want full transparency with our customers. Giving our customers a complete understanding of the work that needs to be done leaves them with the best roofing experience we can give.

Our proposals include every aspect of the job from start to finish. We list out all of the materials we will be using for the job as well as all the work that will be done, so there will be no big surprises when the project is complete.

Due to the transparency of our proposals, there are no hidden fees. Customers are given the price of the job upfront, minus any unknown repairs that may pop-up during the roof replacement process. For more information, check out our website at www.westsideroofing.com.

The only hiccup was ,after I went to their office and paid in full with a cashier check.Days later I received a e mail asking for payment. I never received a apology for this!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. West Side Roofing just completed tearing off our existing roof and put on a new one. They were prompt , very professional, cleaned up using a magnetic device so they didn’t leave a single nail behind. Even hung my plants back up for me without my asking !!!

When I bought my new home, they were able to help replace my outdated roof in a timely fashion and the finished product could not have come out better.
