There is a lot that people do not know when it comes to getting a new roof like what you as the homeowner needs to do or what you should expect while we are there.

We try to give you as much info as we can as much about our process to make the homeowners feel as comfortable as possible. That is why we hand out an information sheet to all of our new clients who have never had roof work done before.

A roofing project is a construction site with a lot going on, but it is a controlled environment, and we have many years of experience giving Clevelanders the new roof they really want.

What You Need to Do Before You Get a New Roof

• The main thing is that we need to have the driveway clear before we start to allow us to have more room to work and to protect your vehicles.
• Move lawn furniture away from the construction site.
• Remove valuables from the garage, and the attic as the construction can cause debris to fall from the ceiling.
• Secure valuables inside the home as construction can cause vibrations which can knock things around.

What to Expect While Getting You New Roof

• Noise, noise, noise. There will be a lot of noise as we work throughout the day.
• We will notify your neighbors about the project, so they know what to expect.
• Daily Clean-up- We will clean up the site daily
