What Does a Roof Warranty Cover?

January 25, 2023

There are many cities where storms are common, and with storms come heavy storm damage. Roofs are the most likely to get damaged in storms, due to which many homes prefer to get their roofs installed by companies that provide roof warranties.

What to Consider

There are a variety of different situations that a roof warranty may cover. The first and foremost thing to consider when talking about roof warranties is that there is a difference between replacement and repair.

Reputed roofing companies like West Side roofing generally provide their consumers with a standard warranty for repairs of around 2 years.

However, the standard warranty provided by West Side Roofing for roof replacement is of different duration of ten years.

Roofs usually last around thirty years or more, but any fatal issues taking place during the first ten years are covered by West Side Roofing.

In addition to the standard warranty, they also offer extended warranties as well, which are directly backed by the manufacturer.

This extended warranty is similar to a lifetime warranty due to the long duration of 25 years, which this type of warranty covers.

Our Roofing Warranties Are Definitely Worth Checking Out!

During the span, the extended warranty is active, and all of the labor and material costs are covered, offering customers peace of mind and making it a very attractive choice to redeem in the long run. So, what are you waiting for? Contact us now!

The only hiccup was ,after I went to their office and paid in full with a cashier check.Days later I received a e mail asking for payment. I never received a apology for this!

They were prompt , very professional, cleaned up using a magnetic device so they didn’t leave a single nail behind. Even hung my plants back up for me without my asking !!!
