Hiring a Roofing Contractor for Multi-Family homes

October 26, 2021

West Side Roofing is a premier roofing contractor in Northeast Ohio, serving both residential and commercial communities. On the commercial roofing side of things, we are well equipped to service cluster homes, condos, and big apartment complexes, which can be hard for other roofing contractors to tackle.

These multi-family buildings are huge projects when it comes to the roof, whether it is a new roof, repairing an old roof, and replacing the roof. When hiring a roofing contractor for these types of jobs, you need to make that you have someone who can handle the size of the job.

Questions to ask if you’re hiring a commercial roofer:

Do they have the equipment?
Do they have the people?
Do they have insurance?

At West Side Roofing, the answer to all of those questions is “yes.” We are a full-service roofing company with many different specialty crews. All of our members are covered by our company’s insurance, plus, liability and property damage insurance. And, we own all of our equipment from tear off to clean up machines.

Commercial Roof Maintenance and Repairs

After you contact us, we will assess the roof. If the roof is in good shape but needs a small repair, we are able to repair it. If you have an emergency like leaks after wild winds or heavy rains, we have crews that are specifically set up to handle emergency repairs.

Commercial Roof Installation

When getting a new roof, it can seem like there is a lot going on, from scheduling to choosing the materials. At West Side Roofing, it is all about communication from the start of the project to the end.

For multi-housing commercial customers, we have an informational handout that we actually would give each customer of the multi-housing unit. This has information from what to expect, such as how to prepare the property, how the job will be done on a daily basis, and more.

If you are an HOA or a property group manager and you need roof maintenance, repairs, or a whole new roof, contact us at West Side Roofing today.

The only hiccup was ,after I went to their office and paid in full with a cashier check.Days later I received a e mail asking for payment. I never received a apology for this!

They were prompt , very professional, cleaned up using a magnetic device so they didn’t leave a single nail behind. Even hung my plants back up for me without my asking !!!

When I bought my new home, they were able to help replace my outdated roof in a timely fashion and the finished product could not have come out better.
