I had West Side Roofing replace my roof a few years back. They did an excellent job and were clean and efficient. A year later, I had the Amish install a pavilion where they tied the new roof into the existing roof installed by West Side. I had nothing but leaks and problems after that. I called Jamie at West Side and he came out immediately and assessed the situation. It was determined the Amish did the roof completely wrong. Setting up the appointment for a quote, getting on the schedule for the work and the work itself could not have been easier. The team at the office and the crew who did the work were friendly and professional. The roofing crew had the work done and the area cleaned up in remarkable time. Jesse was awesome from coming out to look at it, picking out the perfect color that went with the window and door trims and accommodating my schedule. He also suggested oversize gutters and downspouts which I think made the whole job. Ray and his crew were completely on top of everything. I showed Ray a concern I had with the previous configuration of the gutters on the first day and he remembered it till he got to it. The new configuration was very custom and difficult, but he nailed it. Perfection! The roof was too big and steep for the previous 4" gutters and downspouts and the downspouts were all filled with wasp, hornet and bee nests that kept the the water from draining. They also installed the gutter guards which are completely sealed to keep the bees out. The care they took with the flowers and bushes and the clean up at the end of each day was very professional. I would highly reccommend them.
